Data is to be provided in excel and should include the following fields: - Business Name - Category (as defined by the websites category) - Address Line 1 - Address Line 2 - Town - City - County/State - Zip Code/Post Code - Phone Number 1 - Phone Number 2 - Email Address 1 - Email Address 2 - Website Address - And any further fields that are provided by the websites. If there are additional fields you think you can supply please let me know. UK: Email addresses appear to be hidden via a contact form. I need to know if you are still able to provide them? USA: Email addresses are listed so shouldn’t be difficult to include. I will make extensive checks to ensure data is accurate and contains all of the websites listings. For missing email details - If you can not retrieve the email address of a listing are you able to use software to find what email addresses are valid for the websites, for example testing mail@ info@ sales@ support@ to see which are in use? and/or extract email addresses from the websites or [login to view URL] info? The only sources I want used are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], no supplying external data from other sources. Files should be provided in excel, one column for each data field so the data can be sorted. You must be able to handle large amounts of data, [login to view URL] state over 19million businesses.
