Position is a temporary to hire.\r\n\r\nPayroll Clerk Job Requirements:\r\n*1+ years of payroll experience\r\n*AA degree\r\n*Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws\r\n*Experience with Timecard Collection and Payroll Applications\r\n*Analytical and problem solving skills\r\n*General knowledge of accounting\r\n*SAP experience preferred but not required\r\n\r\nPayroll Clerk Job Responsibilities:\r\n*Extensive interaction with Human Resources for maintenance of Autotime (timecard collection application) for new hires and terminations.\r\n*Review weekly time-cards for accuracy and reconcile all exceptions.\r\n*Prepare bi-weekly payroll for 300 employees (shared services department)\r\n*Maintain employee\'s vacation and sick time in Autotime.\r\n*Provide assistance to General Accounting as needed\r\n*Division contact for Shared Services - Payroll for any and all payroll issues.\r\n*Assist with payroll audit\r\n\r\nOur client is looking to hire immediately! I bring over 20 years experience working as Executive Administrative Assistant and 8 years working as a Payroll Specialist in the industries of E-commerce, Travel, Telecommunications, and Logistics. For previous and existing clients I have been in charge of arranging all the payroll documents, entering the appropriate entries, sort them and send a final sorted report compiling the accounts entries of all the departments to the management team, cross check all the accounts and submit all the data related to tax payment to the tax department, manage all payroll adjustments, deductions and incurred appraisals and send the final copy to the payroll manager. Duties also included maintenance of records for daily employee attendance and enter leaves, half day leaves, over time working and other entries and submit them to the team head on month end. I have also processed payroll on a weekly and bi-weekly basis for previous clients using Paycheck and ADP. I am also well versed in Quickbooks Pro software and have also been responsible with state and federal tax deposits through EFTPS to the Dept. of Treasury. I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for over 8 years.
