I am looking for someone for less than $2/hr to do real estate research. In order to qualify for this job, i am giving this first test. - I will not create a milestone until this is completed. I have a lot of research to do, and this will indicate if you are able to the job. 1. Go to [login to view URL] 2. Select California 3. Identify the 3 counties with the lowest population density 4. Once you have identified those, please document your methodology 5. Please also, for each of these 3 counties, please tell me how many parcels have back taxes for the most recent year. I want you to create a spreadsheet with data from the sites that I mention, and analyze certain locations, to determine viability for marketing. This requires, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions.
