This project will consist of scraping [login to view URL] listings to find the following information and entering it into Excel. I have a template and an illustration which will show you exactly where the information comes from on the website. There will be several thousand rows of data and multiple different projects upon satisfactory completion of the first project. • StreetEasy Page URL • Address • Unit (#) • Neighborhood • Price ($) • Status (Rented, Unavailable, Expired, etc.) • As of (Date) – This is the most recent date in the Price History. • Fee/No Fee • Days on Market (#) • Square Feet (#) • Rooms (#) • Bed (#) • Bath (#) • Type (Condo, Co-op, Rental, etc.) • Built In (Year) • Units (#) • Building Amenities • Listing Amenities • Rental Amenities • Outdoor Space • All Price History records (date listed, any price increase or reduction description and the price history). Price History may will vary between listings. Price history is broken out into additional columns in the same row as the unit listing.
