Virtual Administrative Assistance Part-time 25 hours Weekly Job Description: • Booking appointments with clients and leads • Scheduling meeting with internal Teams • Following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails) • Responding to Correspondence (Email, Social Media, etc.) • Calendar Management (Business and Personal) • File Management (organizing files using Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive etc.) • Database building (e.g. updating email or contact lists on your CRM) • Research on certain topics for blogposts, newsletters, presentations, workshops, or others • Recording minutes of meetings • Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales) • Preparing Slideshows (PowerPoint, Presentations) • Liaison between you and other team members • Recruitment (source for other team members like writers, web designers, graphic artists, instructors, etc.) • Set-up Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) • Drive and determination to see business succeed • Ability to work as part of a team • Excellent customer service skills • Basic understanding of business operation, including budgeting, creating business and marketing plans, contracts and agreements and time management • Willingness to admit and correct mistakes • Respect for others' intellectual property (no plagiarism or software piracy) • Good organizational skills • Good spelling, grammar and punctuation skills Must be available Monday – Friday from 10:00am – 03:00pm EST Must be fluent in English Must have a stable internet connection and willing to make and receive calls.
