I would like to hire an Excel Expert

We're a service company running a volume of ~100 appointments each day. We log each appointment in an excel table with the following info for each column: Date, servicing employee, job#, customer name(first, last; one cell), service address (street number & name, zip code; one cell), and then 4 columns pertaining to the outcome of the appointment: Complete, Authorization, Part, Reschedule. We're looking to create a pivot table in which we can display the data on a chart by technician & date. We'd like to be able to see the following info displayed: -total # of appointments -total # of appointments with missing data (no appointment outcome recorded) -total # of appointments by zip code (with ability to filter by multiple search criteria) and a few more. Will need to discuss with the person to work on this. We will potentially need to hire this person for more spreadsheets to integrate with this one (or start a database?). There is likely a simpler solution to what we're trying to achieve in the grand scheme.
