We would like to send a letter to every company listed here - all companies listed A-Z (approx 500 in total) [login to view URL] There are approx 500 companies and we need an excel spread sheet that we can mail merge using Word to compile and send letters. The spread sheet needs to have columns to add all the contact information shown on each page see here for typical page [login to view URL] So the information for each company needs to have in columns (12 in total) Company Name, Address line one, Address line two, Address line three, Post Code, Country, Fax, website, Contact, Email, Telephone This is a typical address from the page above.
