Excel VBA project

Hello everyone, I need an experienced excel vba coder to complete my projeject. It s not a very difficult project. But I can't get any longer my self. So I need help. You just need to create vba code to collect some data and place them in a proper way so they can be easily uploaded to a system. In attached document, you will see the details. I need somoene that can work fast and deliver the project by tommorrow so it can be tested. As I said, it is not a big job, but my deadline make oblige me to seek for your help. I you don't have time or have never worked on a project like this, don't place a bid. PS: The code shall work for any kind of MS Office version i.e. 2003 to 2010. Thanks
