Make the .dll for Windows API

I know a lot about API hooking. I have been using these techniques for 20 years. I can hook APIs that are in the import table, in the delayed import table, in the export table, if they are requested by using the GetProcAddress API, I can also hook COM objects by using proxy COM objects. I also know several ways to inject a .dll inside a given process.
