Build Me a Shopping Cart + Mobile Apps + Corporate Website -- 2

Hi, this is for a group of young Entrepreneurs in the market. We would like to launch this service right after COVID-19 . We are doing eCommerce in various platforms. Will need to assign technical creation for Shopping Cart Creator, Mobile App for Consumer + Corporate Website to you. However, I can assure you that once the business takes off, you will be featured heavily and be recognized. You will be given lots a credit from my business too. I will require a corporate website linkage to the shopping cart page (2in1 URL). And needed a huge platform to put up all my items and neatly in categories in order for consumers to choose their items and putting into shopping cart and works together with a payment mode by our company QR Code and email summary sent to their email. I will require at least 7 kinds of branding into the shopping cart , (Groceries Store , Cig Store , Furnitures , Kitchenware , Security and other 2 more). Therefore, 7 tabs will be required in the shopping cart. We would also require Android App and Apple App available. I will require your service in a long run like maintenance of apps and website. We do not mind to pay more as long as job is done well. Price can be negotiated. But my budget is around 3000 SGD. If you are expecting above $4000, please do not message. On the above, if you are also able to form a new software for the backend touchups and edit of stocks for our staff members. It will be best as well. I know this will cost much more, pleaase let us know if you are confident to do this but charge reasonably pricing. If above 5000, we might reconsider taking this service.
