Physics Tutor - Science and Engineering - Calc based Classic - repost

I am looking for a very part time Physics tutor. I am a returning student, disabled veteran who is a little slower than I used to be when I was younger. I need some help understanding the material as I am unable to read the writing of my instructor (his v look like r and many other issues) during the lectures. I have need for someone to help me by looking at homework assignments, then preparing me by duplicating similar problems from scratch or otherwise helping me figure out how to solve the problems by example as this is my learning style and how I figure thing out the best - doing by example. I need someone who is willing to provide dumbed down step by step for me till I get the hang of each functional solution. I do not want you to solve my homework - I want to do this - but the class is moving far too fast for me so I need some extra help understanding and with associations to provided formulas we derive in class. Please only reply if you have strong English skills and are able to easily explain the solutions or methods to derive the solution such that I can understand and follow on my own with a practice set and then finally on my assignments on my own using you for prompts or hints to help me through it till I understand better the solutions. Much appreciated! Class is using Sixth Edition Physics for Scientists and Engineers, Paul A Tipler, Gene Mosca Instructor does not follow the book very well however. For example - first home work assignment we were asked to solve for nuclear bomb blast radius expansion. Yikes! If you understand physics - do me a favor - teach me!
