Energy Efficnet House Design

I am constructing a house in Islamabad, Pakistan. The construction has just started and at the foundation stage. I want to construct this house based on the principles of : 1- Green house for reduced energy consumption, water conservation and sustainable design 2- Solar orientation and Solar path study for prevention of summer sun and induction of Winter sun 3- Design of Ventilation system to eliminate the need of Air Conditioning in the summer and of heating system in winter. 4- Utilization of cool basement air to maintain the same temperature throughout the upper floors of the house. 5- Design of concealed Sewerage, plumbing and water supply system for the whole house 6- Lighting design to eleimante excessive lighting for optimium usage and energy saving. 7- Wind, temperature and climatic conditions study to create best comfortable and pleasant environment within the house 8- Design of heating and cooling system based on principles of Green building design and Energy efficient homes 9- Recommendation of earthy materials to create an ambiance of living in nature for finishing and construction. The consists of a double asement, ground and first floor, the structure is frame structure resting on columns and beams and the grid has been designed and finalized and floor plans have been developed and the partion walls have been proposed. This also enables the designer for minor alteration due to frame structure design. The plot isize is 50 ft x 90 ft with 10 ft setback at the rear, 5 ft on right and left sides and 15 ft from the front. Note: The floor plans have been developed and no input is required in designing the house itself
