the project should be based on matlab and the project should be able to process the videos of moving car at toll tax,parking areas and recognize the number plate of the car through the videos by applying a suitable algorithm of image processing or other , and gives the details of number plate such as the name of owner , address etc.. The details of number plate are fetched from a suitable dataset, or customized dataset.
