Reverse Engineer Automobile Solenoids

Hello, I am looking for someone with a high level of expertise in reverse engineering. Hopefully someone that has some experience in automobile solenoids. Ideally you will have access to create prototypes after steps 1 & 2. Each solenoid comprises of approx. 8 mechanical components, 3 electrical components and 1 plastic component, your bid should be for either steps 1 & 2 or 1, 2, & 3. Please be sure to specify this clearly with your bid. The first job will be for 2 solenoids, we have hundreds more that need to be developed, hopefully we can find someone who can be with us for the long term, there will for sure be plenty of continuing work for you if you perform at an very high level. Step 1: Reverse Engineer 2 solenoids, each solenoid comprises of approx. 8 mechanical components, 3 electrical components and 1 plastic component. Step 2: Preparation of highly detailed manufacturing drawings. Step 3: Prototyping of mechanical & electrical components. Please be sure when you bid that you understand your bid is for 2 solenoids and performing steps 1 & 2 or 1, 2, & 3. Please don't forget to specify which. Thank you
