Hello. I offer solution based on Arduino+relay+GSM. It’s quite cheap, one device will cost close to 10€ mb a bit less. You will be able to se status of devices and controll if needed. For this price I offer source code for Arduino and instructions how to build devices and use the system. Regards

You need a "turn on-off" device that will work from a high voltage source but through wi-fi is controlled by the phone or someone as a radio transmitter from like a car alarm , it, in turn, will turn it on via relays and turn off your equipment, it can easily manage a high voltage, and I can help you with this, this solution will be cheap, I order such things in China
