I am a senior Deans list applied linguistics student. As you can see from my certifications I have extensive English ability. In my college classes I studied second language acquisition, and understand how people acquire their second language. I believe I would be successful in assisting your employees in learning and being able to write using correct grammar with the current techniques I studied in college within the last few months. Experienced project professional, US based, MBA, experienced with proposal writing, technical training documents and English (ESL) instruction. My training approach in this situation: 1) Prepare and provide a list of common English errors in business writing and review with the team. 2) Assign simple written essay assignments and review for standard written and spoken English. 3) Review written assignments of business writing. 4) Offer one on one sessions for students to improve spoken English and to cover any specific challenges with English they may have.
