Hi. I have a HP Elitebook 840 G5 laptop. My laptop works fine otherwise except with Google meets where I seem to have a problem with audio and mic. As of now, I need someone to join me in a audio conference on the net and give me feedback on audio reception. And if there is an issue, help me fix it. I can pay separately for testing and fixing.. because if there no problem then there is no fixing needed. Familiarity with Google meets/hangouts will help.

Greetings! I won't say I am the ** BEST ** but one of the advantages I have is that I work with these issues on a daily basis as it is a requirement of two of my jobs. My day job is working full-time in I.T. managing a network of computers plus anything that is Internet of Things (IoT) and my remote job (where I provide remote technical support for customers in the U.S.) for exactly these kinds of issues. As to whether I am familiar with Google Hangouts, certainly - however my preference is Teamviewer or LogMeIn.
