I need someone to create an excel template that can calculate future values of all my individual financial products. The template will have cells for me to key in all relevant parameters depending on the product type. e.g. current value, number of periods, interest rates, floating / fixed rates, maturity value, net asset value, monthly payment, compounding period, inflation rate, etc. I can then add up all these 10 assets/ liabilities and calculate their combined present and future value over the next 30 years.
For each product, I will need to have 30 data points of networth. I will then plot all the products in a chart so see my networth over time.
You would need to be very familiar with all the 10 products and the types of parameters that will affect their future value as every product should have specific parameters. E.g. Mortgage loan should have "n" months for loan period, “x” interest rate, “y” loan amount. Life insurance (regular premium) does not have an upfront investment, there is “n” maturity date, “x” returns, etc. I am not an expert in all these products, hence need you to define all parameters and build the calculators.
The 10 products are: 1) Time deposit 2) Life insurance 3) Investment linked insurance 4) Mortgage loan 5) Bonds 6) Unit trust 7) Monthly savings plan 8) Foreign currency investment 9) Critical illness insurance plan 10) Stocks / equities
Some products like stocks, foreign currency, investment linked insurance may be a tricky as the returns/losses depend on the market conditions, hence I am not quite sure how to project networth. Say if I have a total of $50,000 in stocks today, how much will my stocks be worth next year?

Wheras the calculation of future values of fiexd deposits will be simple, the calculation of future values of foreign currencies and stocks will indeed present a problem. I propose to calculate these on the basis of performances of the last thirty years. Hoever, stocks, are largely "short term investments", because with the advent of newer technologies,the older companies tend to fiizle away, unless ofcourse if they keep pace with technology.
