Conditional formatting and vlookup (no VBA) Simple formula driven

hello as you will see i have started this and am seeking someone to finish. No more than 30 mins work and I need it within the next 2 hrs. willing to pay $10-$15AUD Please if you know less than me dont bother ;-) 1. When ever a date is entered in sheet 1 column G it will show up in sheet 2 column C when ever a date is entered in sheet 1 column u it will show up in sheet 2 column G (so When a start and end date is entered into sheet one, the word :Activity" appears under each month (something simple like =IF(AND(D$2>EOMONTH($C3,-1),D$2<=$P3),"Activity","") If only a start date (g) is entered in sheet 1 in sheet 2 the end date will be black If only a end date is entered in sheet 1 in sheet 2 the start date will be black If no dates are entered in sheet one cells C (start date) & P (end date) will be black 2. Conditional formating: 1: If row D contains the Word activity 1-5 times the column (eg:C) is green for the size of the table 2: If row D contains the Word activity 6-10 times the column (eg:C) is Orange for the size of the table 3. If row D contains the Word activity more than 10 times the column (eg:C) is red for the size of the table Same scenario for all months eg: column D,E,F,G,H,I ETC TO o Something like : =AND(D3="Active",COUNTIF($D3:$D100,"Active")<6) etc Must have: No 00-Jan-00 errors, no #num and #value errors when a new entry is made in sheet 1 column a & b the entry will appear in sheet 2 column a & b As the table grows the column colours should continue to format thats it
