excel expert (b)

I will give you (1) a list of sentences, (2) a list of words. You need to find an exact match of the words provided in the sentences (1) with the list of words from (2). In other words, I want to know which and how many exact words from the sentences match the words from list (2). In the end, you need to provide me with a single EXCEL sheet that in Column A has the list of words (one word per row) from (2) and in column B it shows "yes", if the word has been used. Any extra words not used from list (2) you can add into a new spreadsheet so I know which words don't match from the sentences. The list should be displayed in the same order as the wiki frequency list. I have attached the sample sentences in russian and in spanish.
