hi. for this you need a google script to aumate these tasks. i am not sure about the duplicate sheet on the basis on a value in a cell. we can give a button instaed to duplicate the sheet. the auto mail and autosave in folder are doable i had written such scripts for one of my client two years back. contact me when you are available.
