Monthly Report - DATA Categorized/ Search Bar Creation

As you can see from my Reviews I am very responsive and very willing to pay for well done work. My project requires me to do manual entry- so I will need Formulas (everything visible) / not blocked to help for me to create it from blank. Reiterating, I will not be able to use a different/your version, I will have to make your version from scratch. SO I will need formulas UNLOCKED, and steps by steps if possible. Beginning, I had to create my own data so the file is lacking some data, the categories are correct. Run Down Instructions are in the first tab. Along with similar details. Fourth Tab, let us have a report that pulls in the data from the first three tabs to when I type information it will automatically populate into a report on the fourth tab. *Pretty Presentation* TABS - The Audit Defect Report- Will be drawn in automatically from a report sent to my Outlook. Normally contains 700 rows. This is Sample Data I created based on the actual worksheet. o If you can give me a step-by-step on how to draw this table into my Tab automatically that would be needed/nice.  The main focus is to be able to pull specific Users from the Audit Defect Report into ADR Errors- Tab  The Audit Defect Report- Contains the following Categories Columns- Parameters E, User C, Client B  These categories will need to be able to be searched in the Search Bar (Last Tab) - Findings and Remediation- Will be drawn in from AUDIT WORKBOOK(COB) (Example worksheet in the tab now. If I could have a formula to grab that data it would help me. o This data will need to be drawn into the Search Bar (Last Tab) - ADR Errors (Example data in tab) o This tab will draw specifics from the Audit Defect Report (focus on the tasks and users from the Audit Defect Report) (Example: [login to view URL] & Bebo Samuel)  Client Names could be good as well  Searchable content in the Search Bar (Last Tab) - Requested Manager Training o Will mainly be dropdown menus with the specifics dropped in. o This will need to be able to be searched in the Search Bar (Last Tab) I did my best to create example data.
