Hi, my name is David. I am looking for a manager to manage one of my business that is set up on the platform call Monday.com. I am looking for someone who can work with me long term. I am looking for someone who can: Speak and write good English. Follow Direction Respond fast Humble My goal is to speak to you on the phone for an interview and decide if I can work with you. However, in order for me to spend time talking to you on the phone. I will need you to write in your proposal when bidding this job on the topic of, "What do you think a company would look for in a new manager if the company is looking to hire someone that the company is looking to keep for a long time." You will also tell me all your availability in the next 3 days for a phone call. After the phone interview, it will take me 24 hours to consider and decide if I can work with you.
