Senior IT Project Manager with Excel, and reporting experience

I am searching for a Project Manager with a strong background in Excel and creating reporting tools in Excel. I have a project due soon. *Do not want to repeat the process if we can utilize MS Project or Excel templates online. Expert Level Excel (Formulas, VBA, automation with minimal code, efficiency) Financials reporting, actual/budget/forecast, group itemization, dashboards, milestones/deliverables, CPI, SPI, EVM, etc... Reporting Change Management Process flows Issue Management Tracking and Task Management Trend Analysis - Smart Coding (ie not constantly refreshing, provide caches, hash, or other options to run the code faster without using too much resources) - Coder tests all code in Access and Excel prior to delivery. - Send Access and Excel file and - All code will be provided in TEXT format (clean and without virus, etc.) I will copy and paste the code with DETAILED DIRECTIONS on placement and any additional comments. Specs I will provide what I know and with your help you can spec out the time and deliverables. ONLY APPLY if you are responsible and able to deliver. All code will be considered my intellectual property. NDA and other agreements will be signed by both parties. All code will be written in relative form no absolute hard coding. I should be able to on a worksheet edit or modify settings such as color, formulas and such. Personality - Willing to communicate. - Able to say I don't understand, please explain further. - Does not make excuses. - Professionals Only! - Able to facetime and work with me together to produce the document thus saving time and effort. step by step guidance. Which means set a block of time out to work with me onscreen utilizing desktop share screen technology. Please provide me examples of what you have done and your understanding of Project Management is paramount. Payments: All Payment will be provided after the product is completed and working 100 percent on time. I do not pay for milestones for the simple fact I need the final product.
