Hi, i have a very simple request for an excel spreadsheet to be set-up.
Essentially I want a spreadsheet to manage the following scenario.
Step 1 - Staff export their linkedIn contacts into a CSV file - from Linkedin
Step 2 - Staff then need to indicate yes or no next to each contact indicating, whether they are happy for a particular contact, to then be up-loaded into HubSpot for marketing purposes.
The first time a staff member does this, depending on how many contacts they have, this process might take a while, but once completed this will essentially become the master list of contacts, approved for marketing.
Then every 3 months, staff will be asked to export their linkedin contacts again, so we can capture any new contacts and then up load these to HubSpot.
Essentially i need a spreadsheet that will compare each new export of Linkedin contacts, against the master list, removing the contacts that have been marked as (no), and allowing staff to approve any new contacts for marketing, adding these to the master list.
