1097 Scolling LED Ticker / Flash

Hi, I need a clone of this script done in flash. [login to view URL] width should be no greater then 410px. Users should be able to change the LED color and backround. We are looking for a programmer with ALOT of experience, so if you have 0 feedback, do not bother posting here. We are willing to pay top rates for good quality work. We HIGHLY prefer a programmer with excellent designing capabilities, therefore allowing for smoother user interfaces. Programmer must speak/write in very good english. We want a programmer that is enthusiastic, bringing new ideas to the table that will help the project. We request ALL bidders to post on the message boards with a portfolio. Those who do not post in the message board will not be considered. We are looking for well commented, highly efficient programming, if you can't provide this then DO NOT BID. Project should be complete on time. I will allow a 5 day grace period if complications come up. For everyday after that I will subtract 5% from the agreed price (total price $1000 would be $50 a day). If project is finished beyond expectations and/or early, there will be bonuses. Bid if you are up to the challenge and would like to be considered for ALOT more work in the future.
