488 Wav File Converted to Flash

I have a speech recored in .Wav format that was used as a recording for my customers to call and listen to. I would like to convert this file into a Flash presentation that has the speech (approximately 15 minutes in length) and also a slide show of images that rotate every minute. The slide show can be small in size and must have a (Play, Pause, and Stop) functionality. It must also automatically play once they land on the page and Must not Loop. This presentation will be placed on a website for their viewing. The images are of pictures of success. Money, Large House, Exotic Car, Vacations, etc.. The presentation can be placed within a skin that looks like a television/computer screen. I need this project done ASAP. I also have the .wav file in .ses (Cool Edit Pro) if needed.
