Logo Modification or Redesign India

I am moving my main domain from a .com to .[login to view URL] and as my logo contains my website url it has to be modified. I also need the actual PSD file in which the logo will be created so that i can change size and formats as i please in the future. Please not i donot want a PSD file where the person has just copied and pasted the logo i want the actual file where it has been created and painted and layered and whatever else needs to be done. My last graphics designer was pain so i hope i find somebody decent,fast and cheap for loads more work to come. I also donot mind a redesing of my logo using the same colour scheme if you think you can do a better job showing off your graphics design skills. I prefer someone based in India as they are cheap professional and honest from past experience. I will pay by paypal only and my msn id is complaks.
