The site must have the ability to accomplish the following Graphics should be very professional Allow users to sign on and register A legal Splash page after registering Allows artist to create page using a variety of templates----( Each template should allow blogging Allows artist to upload songs and album cover and video Artist should have a calender feature to update placing of where they will be playing Users should be able to register on their page Artist should be able to send out email blast to user that register on thier page. Artist should be able to send out sample songs to users via email Allows visitors to purchase music and download.. with tracking of downloads and total purchases etc Tracks songs played and page and video views Allow visitors to listen to musician tracks via browser or browser player Vistor should have the ability to vote on songs Side panel on site should show top rated artist songs or tracks Club section for Artist to post pics of live performances > club information can be access here as well Create business section for access to industry help Find a lawyer Find a business manager Law advice Business advice Users should be able to purchase services from this section by purchasing vouchers and payment is directly sent to servicer Admin features Reporting of music, downloads and videos Allows admin to disable artist and delete music and videos tracking of purchases The ability to set purchase amounts and the option for set amount that goes to the company for example if a song is download for .99 then .10 will go in my account Tracks payments and spits out invoices or reciepts based on payment via email to recepients The ability to add rotating banners for advertiser and track the number of times the banner is displayed
