VIdeo for Ticketing Product

Requirement: Good video creator or animators needed to explain our new ticketing solution and its benefits to our customers. We require 2 versions of videos: 1) A 3~5 minute version which can be used in presentations, and 2) A 1 minute "shortened" version to be placed on our website. The style for the video can be: 1) Simple Animations (like [login to view URL]) 2) Commercial Style [login to view URL];feature=related 3) Tutorial / Feature Demo style [login to view URL] 4) Or any creative and effective style you are familiar with (please provide samples of this style) You will need to get all crews or actors or script-writers or anyone else to help if you intend to use them. There should be subtitles or wordings such that the content which needs to be communicated will still get across in case sound is turned off. This bid is for everything included. The longer video should be produced and provided in common video format which can be played on most computers, with resolution sufficient for projection on a large screen. The shorter video is to be optimized in size for quick downloading and viewing online. Resource: Some idea of the draft but I hope that you will improve or come up with something better. For you to know the system better, we can give you a demo account to try and some information and facts about the deal. We already have a draft storyboard done up (please see attachment), and will provide additional information as needed. Timeline: Please propose a timeline which you are comfortable with using the following milestones: * Detailed Scripting / Storyboarding * Concept Art * First Draft for review * Final Product Once milestones for the project have been provided, we expect you to be able to follow them strictly. If the deadlines are not met, we reserve the right to not accept any end product, and not to pay anything to you. While we do need the video eventually, if any good producer that can complete good job before 25th Oct (the day of our planned use), we are more likely to choose you and more willing to pay a little more for it. Budget and Payment: Please propose your budget required for this project. Payment will be done via escrow, with full payment made only upon the satisfactory completion of the project. Additional: Please provide samples of your previous work; we will not select any candidate without any previous samples. As we are a branding company, if you are someone good, dependable and reasonably priced, you can depend on us for more jobs in future.
