Adobe FMS Action script needed

We need someone who can setup Adobe flash media on ec2 with a template so that we can spin up ec2 machines when needed, properly configured and configure it to work fully scale even on mobile devices since it supports it. Also we need to record on server side for any video broadcasting the video and another file with audio only. Please do not bid if you have never done this, we need only experts. We need to be able to mask our custom logo on the live video and banner for text on footer of video as well as switch input so we can toggle between streams (we are fine with having 2 input applications which are being used by a third application that does the broadcasting, plus put ads in live video and we need this to work on all platform and IOS mobile devices. We need to have a pm chat before accepting any bids to confirm abilities. I need example of FMS action scripts written by you and deployed, as well as proof of knowledge how to setup amazon stacks.
