Hostmonster/Zen Cart/website design/html coding/flash/s

I am creating a make up company that sells cosmetic make up. I am looking for someone to design a website mock up that is eye catching yet professional and chic at the same time. The site is hosted through hostmonster and a shopping cart with zen cart. I will need a home page and 4 additional pages. I already have a logo designed and will want the work based off of the color scheme or at least something that compliments it. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ZEN CART/HOSTMONSTER EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT BID. In addition to the design, I would like my background to emulate raining but in colored rain drops. I would guess the main color scheme of the background would be black or white in order for the rain drops to be visible. I need someone who is extremely creative and can bring my vision into fruition. ZEN CART & HOSTMONSTER EXPERIENCE IS A MUST along with flash, html coding, etc.
