Need Quick and Simple Flash SWF update

Need a simple Flash FLA / SWF map updated with new map background image and some added sites. Hovering over site numbers brings up a picture and description of the site you are hovering over. You can see the current SWF live here for a better understanding: [login to view URL] The new map background has 3 new sites added and one changed site number. There will be a description for the 3 new sites on the new map when you hover over the new sites. The image for the new map background is here: [login to view URL] The dimensions of the SWF may need to be taller (but not wider) then the old SWF, and hotlinks for hovering over numbers to display sites may need to be adjusted to work with the new site map image. I have added the new sites to the XML file already (I will provide the original as well). Project can begin immediately. All source files are available to download here: [login to view URL] Winning bidder will agree to help with any issues or adjustments associated with the the Flash/FLA/SWF until it is setup properly and working on the website. Budget for the project is $30 so if you can't do it for this please don't bother bidding.
