Real Estate Website REQUIRED

im looking for a web designer who can make or have a real estate script must have an admin panel and be able to upload images. it must also have a search box on front for min and max price - locations - and propertys - all searchabe. the listing page would have 15 fields of which i can let you know later - the must also be a form for registration and updates - and also a form for a call me back button and form with phone number and eamil address and also a text box. if you check out the site below and go through it these are the functions i require on my site.
