229830 rebuild HTML website in Joomla

I would like my website redeveloped in Joomla, would like the existing design and menu structure also the flashcompenents of the existing site. existing site is [login to view URL] new site will be host at te same location. Project entails: 1) creating a Joomla template for [login to view URL] using existing template. 2) Setup the menu structure so it is the same as existing. 3) Cut and paste content into new template/site 4) load new site into the host environment 5) Package the new template (along with source files) and send me email backup.
