Flash Animation for Education Project

Attached is a pdf of sentences and graphics we use to teach autistic children reading comprehension. We have over a thousand such sentences and would like to have animations illustrating them, but only need them in batches of about 20 at a time. We prefer the medium of vector graphic animations for Macromedia flash. It is ideally suited to being worked by one individual. This individual would soon be able to anticipate my direction and efficient production would ensue. I will send the graphics to use with directions. Following is an example of my direction per each of the sentences with graphics in the attached file: 1. "Jim had a fat lip." This is exemplary of the simplest graphic work with no animation necessary at all, just an edit of the picture of "Jim" with a fat lip. 2. In this sentence and graphics, the animation of "Liz" would show a wig going on and off her fitting poorly in a comical way. 3. The ideal animation would have the figure doing the jig with the head/upper body of the pig in pictured pit. 4. Another example of simple quick animation of the picture of the lid moving from the pan to the pot. 5. & 6. An example of some complexity tied across different sentences. The animation of #5 would be best with the image of the "rib" ghosted into the "cat" image with the rat biting the cat that would jump in alarm. Then the following animation of #6 would show the cat crying out (an audio would be good) and the rat running away. 7. Another example of some complexity of the setting of the picture of the "rut" enlarged with the "bus" approaching on the road wherein it would hit a "hub" lodged in the road. 8. Ideally the "dad" would climb into the "van" drive away and it would break down - like the wheels falling off the hood popping open and smoke rising from the engine compartment. 9. Another example of simplicity - the head of "Liz" could be cut and pasted onto the figure in the "nap" graphic. The animation would be her lying down and closing her eyes and...snoring...comically. There is not much budget for this sample, so be as price competitive as you can. If we can come to an agreement, there are the other thousand sentences of work to be done, and then the crafting of a flash package....
