Woocommerce plugin enter cost price and sell for a percentage markup

I am trying to modify my Woocommerce site to allow me to setup trade customers and retail customers with a different product price depending on if the customer is trade or retail On the product page in the backend I would like areas that I enter my cost price either by a percentage markup or an amount. E.G Cost $100 x choose percentage 50% markup = $150. Being that I sell to the trade and retail customers I also need a way to when I add the customer only the admin can change the user to a trade customer and all other customer that register themselves are automatically setup as the retail (unless admin changes there user role to trade) All products if not signed in must show the retail price. Most of my products have variable options with different prices so this will have to work on variable product options. If possible once admin has setup the customer as trade to be able to show trade customers both retail and there trade price on the item. (I would like to be able to turn this option off for certain trade customers if I require. If someone can please quote me on this would be appreciated
