Infinite Runner Improvements and Game Design Document

Need a Game Designer familiar with creating infinite running games to improve the fun and monetization of a partially complete game. The game is a runner is based on American Football. Game Designer needs to take successful elements of popular runners like Subway Surfer and Temple Run and, then, apply those to this game. Must have experience and understanding with Free-to-Play mobile game design and with monetization.
