Convert complex spreadsheet to low code / no code platform

I have a complex spreadsheet that I need converted to a low code / no code solution that is able to publish to web and at least TestFlight and potentially app store publishing. The goal of this stage of the project is to get a rapid conversion to a different platform; from there, we will assess if it's a fit, after which an equivalent or longer stage will improve it. Deliverables The low code or no code app will replace all of the functions in a spreadsheet that can currently: collect survey data from a respondent; the low code / no code applet will allow the respondent to create a user account and directly respond create - basically - blobs for each possible answer, which have anywhere from 2-50 additional points of data connected to each answer There are currently ~150 questions and anywhere from 2-10 blobs per answer possibility see counts and other formulaic analysis of their data see charts from their answers, median answers, other respondents' answers compared to theirs, etc. export charts I have been working with Appgyver / Backendless, but I'm platform agnostic.
