2-D or 3-D Animation Needed

Need freelancer to help make old-fashioned web animation videos. animated charcoal drawings. Not Disney sort of animation. This is freelance only. Not full time job. Only when I need short videos made. These are short 15 second animations needed for Instagram. I need several made and am on a budget. Must read English well and follow directions well. Must understand video making software and what forms of video work well on iphone. No Flash. This is not a big job and I'm on a budget. You must own your own special animation software. Do not respond to this ad unless you are very experienced animator and can also sometimes draw well. You must personally do this work yourself. Not have someone else do it. I already have some of the artwork created for the video. I will need some light drawing from you and also you will put together the animation. Thanks!
