Digital audiobook 'album cover' design

I am selling an audiobook to be available by digital download and need a design of 321 pixels wide by 292 pixels high to act as a virtual album cover. The book is a Sherlock Holmes story as an such it will need to be something with a classic feel using a motif that people will associate with the character and setting, such as pipe, deerstalker hat, magnifying glass etc. Ideally the design will serve as a basis for other similar stories, so that when I add a new story I can reuse the template but just change some elements. The design must feature 1) the name of the story (e.g. The Case of the Missing Album Cover) 2) the name of the book with the story is taken from (e.g. The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes) 3) the name of the author )e.g. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle) 4) possibly the name of the reader/narrator 5) eye-catching visual design. The design does not have to be complex, a simple white background with a single motif might be effective if executed well. However, I am open to any ideas on the design, as long as it is flexible as a template and fulfils the criteria specified here.
