Need some pics made into flash and 1 banner

Ok I need a few pictures made into flash images EXACTLY like shown in the below example, and you can even use the free flash object example provided. [login to view URL] The above video shows how to add animated sparkles to pictures using flash, and provides a sparkle to save time. That file located here ([login to view URL]) Basically what I need is for 8-10 of my picture files I send you to have these added much in the way shown in the above youtube video. Also I need a banner made utilizing all these photos where they can fade in and out on a banner with text that advertises my site. This banner I wish to be designed by you with some input from me. The text needs to have a modern platinum look possibly using the font "ethnocentric" So the entire project would be 8-10 pic files turned into flash, and one banner of a specific size utilizing all those pictures fading in and out in slideshow form. And possibly one even smaller animated gif similar to the flash banner image..
