Scanned Home Plans (Australian) redrawn with additional details and dimensions

I have a generic 2 storey residential house floor plan from a builder (not detailed drawings with all dimensions) which I need to reproduce in more detail with some of my own own changes. There are no elevations provided however I will provide some sample fascade designs, elements of which I want incorporated to create elevations for front, back and 2 sides. The details in the drawings I require will include: - Dimensions (the drawing I will provide contains bedroom, and living area dimentions and overall floor areas for each major part of the house. You will need to, based on the floors and the dimensions, prepare a plan which will include all dimensions and standard floor plan rulers on the sides of the plan) - Window sizes - Labels for each room - Birds eye layout of cabinetry including kitchen and bathrooms (I don't require detailed cabinet layout - only a 2D top view) - Doors and their sizes - A few other markings and details as required I don't require any plans detailing the electrical layout or the truss layouts. Please note that I expect that there will be a few rounds (maybe 2-3) to refine the drawings before they can be finalised, possibly with some very minor changes along the way. If you can send me an example of a drawing you have previously received and the resulting drawing file that would go a long way in my selecting a freelancer. I will share the project files with the qualified bidders before awarding the project to make sure you feel comfortable with the work. Regards
