create a website that sells subscriptions

Hi there, We are looking for a (freelance)programmer who can create a website that sells subscriptions. With a subscription a person recieves food goods per month (delivering at home). He can pay per month or we can collect the money every month automatically. We have created a list with specifications so far. The specifications are for 95% already finished. We are looking for a programmer that can work fulltime on this project. You have extended knowledge about API's, PHP / MYSQL and SEO. Your code is secure and you know how to work with SSL certificates. You work with a Themeforest Bootstrap HTML Theme. Delivering time is 1,5 / 2 months max.
