Website will consist of 3 parts: Buyers, Sellers and Admin Front End: Will consist of 2 main area, buyers and sellers, sellers will be divided in to 3 groups: 1. Sell your ‘week' 2. Sell your time share 3. Travel agency deals Buyers: A buyer will be able to browse the entire site without having to register on the website, only once he wants to buy a product from the website, we will require them to register on the website. Once registered, they can click on the “buy now” icon which will be displayed along with each product and taken to an online payment page (VCS) to pay by credit card. Once payment is made, he will be redirected back to the website with a confirmation message. Administrators' wil then get an email to confirm the transaction and the client as well as the person who loaded the holiday package will get an email to confirm the order. Sellers: Selling your week: When selling your week, you need to register on the website only once and have your account activated by paying a small “joining” fee. Once a booking is paid for, the listing will be disabled in the front. The administrator can set it back to active if for any reason the transaction is cancelled. Selling your Time Share: This will work on the same principle as the above, just that here you are not selling a week, but your ownership to time share you own. We will again list the property details, maps, images etc. But will have a “contact me” link to it, where the interested party will fill in their details and this will be mailed to you, You can then manage the transaction to ensure you are not by-passed on the sale. Travel Agents: The main difference with their account will be the sign up amount they will pay and that they can load multiple listing, not just one. The account will also have a member's area where they can view active/inactive listings, change a listings status and view details of people who bought the packages. Administration: There will be a main administration section where you can view all users listing on your website, and make any changes to it as needed. In this section you will also be able to set the price for each type of user, so when you update the price from example $15.00 to $25.00 to join, the website will automatically update to that once saved. There will also be a section where you can view transaction that was made via VCS to ensure a payment was made before you transfer money to the client. We will also create a payment report for you so you can print that out each time you want to pay a seller, this will help in keeping track with what was paid and what not.
