Graphic Design Of Site Required

I have a requirement to produce a web site similar to http://www.empiredirect.co.uk. I want someone who can create the general 'look and feel' of the site and leave the coding of the backend and content management to me. I would expect the image sources in either Photoshop or Photoimpact format so that I can modify them slightly if needs be in the future. I am looking for someone who understands how colours and effects work together and how to make a site look visually pleasing to the eye, as I stated earlier, I am not looking for any content just the basic html/css layout and the images to go with it. Please apply with examples of other sites that you have helped develop and design as well as an idea of the cost involved. If this is successful then I would be hopeful that we may develop into a partnership with other similar projects. Regards, Jon
