wordpress expert needed to instal new theme- $40 offered

i want to change my theme to a new fully white 2 colum theme( preferably –widget colum to the left) to be inserted with my personal header( header pic provided as attachment)- has to be complete white background colour-( including page tabs/button- to be complete white- with black writing) Point to remember ) right now i have a 3 colum template--- but the 3rd colum shows at the bottom – instead of on the right hand side- ( my contact info is in the 3rd colum—but shows at the bottom and not at the right hand side) ) because of the same reason-------( Right at the bottom- where it says)-“copyright home wealth package scam 2011 nimt”--- that portion is cut into half as well—i don’t understand that ) currently my wordpress is only set on html editing and not visual editing- for some reason when i switch from visual to html -- i land up losing all my videos-- so i disabled visual editing for the time being you can switch to visual editing- but make sure you dont loose the videos. i have used paint and drawn up what i want my theme/site to look like- i am sending a pic of that as an attachment!!!! please take a look at it!! i have attached a pic of the header- you can input the same pic or creat one similar to that!! website [login to view URL]
