Adjust existing static website (JS, HTML, CSS)

We had a developer but he does not have more time. That is why we need a new developer to finish a static website for us (without backend). There is no need to implement the backend. General: - Responsive design - Footer should "stick to the bottom" and only be visible when scrolling down - Add small red "circle with amount of messages in it" next to "Postfach" similar to this: [login to view URL] - add username searchbar in header - Replace Icons with high quality icons finden: - When clicking on Heart, the hearts on left top side of image should be animated similar to this: [login to view URL] (already done but maybe improve a bit) - be able to change the search criteria specified before on page "suche" Postfach: - Create site "Postfach" similar to the already existing ones landingpage: - Make the login/register form look more beautiful Settingspage: - create somehow a settings page (needs to be communicated in detail with you) Email Template: - Similar to design of other pages but we will provide image later on A few more things to come, which will all be paid fair!
