URHOBO PROGRESSIVE ASSOCIATION (“UPA”) located in Houston, Texas, requests bid proposal(s) for the design of a Multi-Purpose Center in Harris County Texas, that will comprise the facilities listed under Requirements below., The location of the project is a parcel of land at 9059 Benning Drive, Houston 77031 which is approximately 1.209 acres (52,755 sq. feet). Requirements: 1. Multi-Purpose Hall shall include, but not limited to, the following: a. Multi-Purpose Hall to accommodate about 300 people in a banquet style round table seating b. The main Banquet hall shall provide for partitioning to subdivided hall to enable use for 2 separate events concurrently where so required. Each section of the should accommodate at least 150 people in theater style round table setup
