Build me a brand standard guide

I need someone who can build a Brand Standards Guideline for our resort. The Brand Standards Guideline should beautifully illustrate our logos, fonts, color palettes, color variations, icons. On the basis of this, the designer also needs to build a Presentation Guideline that provides the templates that our staff needs to use when creating presentations. I also need a standard, aesthetically pleasing letterhead. All of these need to fall under the design and image that we want to portray. The Brand Standard Guideline can be made in photoshop or with any design software because we will be sending the PDF to our staff for them to understand what the guidelines are. The Presentation Guideline and letterhead should work in Google Slides & Docs because our team uses this and should be able to easily edit this.
